Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy from date of delivery. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the return to our warehouse. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. The original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material or they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Bowling balls that have been drilled can not be exchanged or returned.  All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the returned merchandise being received.  Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise requested and approved by Refusal of a package with the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, UPS Mail Innovations) without prior authorization by to do so, where the contents of the package being refused are identical to the items ordered by the customer, allows the right to charge the customer any fees incurred by the shipping company.

After you purchase your bowling ball, do not forget to go to the ball companies website to register your bowling ball with them. This will help NIB with the warranty process.

Warranty Disclaimer

If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim please email, Please allow 48 hours for us to respond to your email.  You will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. Warranty items must be shipped in a protective box or we will refuse to accept the package. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - Contiguous US) a new product to replace the defective product only. NO REFUNDS will be issued for warranty products. A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WILL BE ISSUED.  If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. Drilling charges are not reimbursable. Manufacturer warranty claims can take up to 14 business days for approval.  Once your claim is approved by, your new product will ship immediately and you will be notified via email.
